Where the service is available
Availability is described per region using four states. Accessible does not mean purchasable: being able to open the site does not create a purchase commitment.
The four access states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| OPEN | That region has normal access and purchase. |
| LIMITED | That region can access the site but features or purchase are restricted. |
| BLOCKED | No access is provided in that region. |
| REVIEW_REQUIRED | Access for that region is pending review. No region has been evaluated yet, so no region is currently marked OPEN. Access states must not be opened automatically without review. |
Access vs. purchase
Accessible does not mean purchasable. Site availability never creates an availability-to-purchase promise, and it never creates a purchase commitment for any region.
Current status
Region-neutral wording is used on this site. REVIEW_REQUIRED. No region has been evaluated yet; per-region status will be declared through the four-state mechanism when reviews complete, and statuses must not be opened automatically. There is no service-level agreement (SLA) commitment on this page.
