Privacy facts that apply across the whole street
This page states only platform-level, cross-shop privacy facts. Each shop describes its own data categories, recipients and retention rules on its own privacy page, where they can be checked against that shop's own contract.
Platform identity and contact entry
The platform operating identity is Donewells, currently in a pre-operations validation phase. The platform contact mailbox is PENDING_OWNER: it is a placeholder that has not been confirmed by the Owner, and it must not be read as an already-operating support channel. Requests sent to the entry below are treated as requests, not as an operating service commitment.
General data-rights entry
Requests to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal data start from one unified entry point. The entry below is a request channel placeholder; each shop's privacy page describes how that shop verifies identity and executes a request for the data that shop handles.
Data categories, recipients and retention are described per shop
This page deliberately does not list data categories, recipients or retention rules. Those facts differ per shop and are published inside each shop's own directory, so they can be checked against that shop's own approved data contract.
- Shops with an approved public listing link their privacy supplement from the platform policy index.
- A shop that has not published its privacy details says so plainly rather than inheriting platform text.
Minors — general principle
As a platform-level principle, minors are excluded from this phase: direct registration, purchase and data submission by minors are excluded across the street. Each shop's own privacy page states how this principle applies to that shop's data flows and what residual risks that shop has identified.
