Regional availability
Accessible does not mean purchasable. Access availability never constitutes a promise that purchase is available. Authorizes no real sales. Experimental service under validation.
Four access states
Each region is assigned exactly one of four access states:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| OPEN | The region has normal access and purchase. |
| LIMITED | The region has access, but features or purchase are restricted. |
| BLOCKED | No access is provided in the region. |
| REVIEW_REQUIRED | Admission for the region is pending review; no status is promised. |
Accessible does not mean purchasable
Being able to open and read this site in a region does not mean the service can be purchased there. Purchase availability is decided exclusively by the region's access state, and only an OPEN state means purchase is available. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that purchase is available in every region.
Current region status list
Initial status: REVIEW_REQUIRED. No region has been evaluated yet; regions that have not been evaluated must not be opened automatically and are listed as REVIEW_REQUIRED. This list is updated only after explicit per-region review.
