Operating entity
PENDING_OWNER: the legal operating entity (Owner) of this service has not been confirmed. This placeholder will be replaced only after the Owner confirms the operating entity. Service limitations
- The service produces score drafts and comment drafts only; final grading is always the teacher's judgment, and no grade promises are made.
- Delivery is document/table export; there is no LMS write-back.
- Minors are excluded this phase (no direct registration, purchase, or data submission by minors).
- Regional access follows the four-state list; accessible does not mean purchasable.
- The service is experimental and under validation; features and availability may change.
Pricing: experimental, not long-term
USD 15/month is experimental pricing, not a long-term commitment. Monthly billing with auto-renewal (renewal timing and amount disclosed before payment); no free trial by default; cancel anytime with access retained until the end of the paid period; refunds per the refund policy, whose commercial window never limits statutory rights.
Dispute & support entry
Support and dispute entry is by email to the contact address above (placeholder pending Owner confirmation). Once the Merchant of Record route is admitted, refunds and disputes are handled by the MoR entity through the MoR dispute channel; dispute evidence is recorded automatically, reviewed by the Owner before submission, and never auto-responded by machine.
