Refund policy
Two-layer rule. This commercial refund promise never takes precedence over your statutory rights. Where a statutory withdrawal or refund right is more favorable to you, the statutory right applies. Authorizes no real sales. Experimental service under validation.
Commercial refund window — 7 natural days
- Window: 7 natural days.
- Start event: the window starts from the system-recorded DELIVERED status.
- Precondition: delivery proof filed — the delivery record being on file is a precondition for the window to start.
- If not delivered: non-delivery does not automatically start the refund window, and if the service was not delivered, a full refund is given.
- If delivery failed: remediation-or-refund — on delivery failure you receive remediation, or a refund if remediation does not resolve the failure.
Statutory rights take precedence
This commercial 7-day window is a voluntary commercial promise. Statutory withdrawal rights exist independently and are not replaced or limited by this window; where the statutory right is more favorable to you, the statutory right applies. Nothing on this page reduces, excludes, or overrides any right you have under applicable law.
Refund execution
Refunds are executed by the Merchant of Record (MoR) entity under the planned payment route; disputes are handled through the MoR dispute channel. No refund function is available on this site in this phase.
